Judging Criteria
1.
Speak from memory
ONE poem from the Poem List according to your age group.
2.
Adjudication will be based on the overall performance of the
applicants, including
I.
Clarity of speech (pronunciation, intonation, articulation, voice
projection, etc)
II.
Interpretation (Understanding and conveying the author’s message, etc.)
III. Audience awareness (effective communication with the audience)
3.
The decision of the adjudicators shall be final
